I hold an LL.B. Law & French (Cardiff University)/Diplome D’Études Juidiques (Erasmus/Nantes University, France) and am a CEDR qualified commercial mediator.
I began Marc White & Co in 2003 after working as a translator in the construction industry and practising law at Davies and Partners solicitors. I also spent seven years practising law in Alicante, Spain and realised the need for cross-border legal assistance between Spain and Britain.

I typically deal with legal matters such as wills, probate and divorce where property and assets are located in more than one country. I also deal with cross-border incapacity and using a Spanish Will to administer assets in the UK. I’m also a STEP member
I speak English, French, Spanish and basic German.
