You can certify a passport as a true copy of the original by getting it signed and dated by us. When you apply for something like a bank account or buying or selling a property overseas, you may be asked to provide a passport which is certified as a true copy of the original. You will need to provide the passport to be copied, along with proof of identity/address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) in order for us to notarise the document as a true copy of the original.
